Until July 7, 2025 all existing FAA certificate holders with a non-US adress must provide the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) with a registered mailing address in the United States. Failure to comply with the new regulation FAA Advisory Circular AC 3-1 will result in the certificate's privileges no longer being available after this date. For FAA certificate applicants with a non-US address, this regulation has been in effect since April 2nd, 2025.
